4 Days Sandakan / Sukau / Kinabatangan River

Sandakan is a city in the Malaysian state, on the northeast coast of Borneo. The hilltop Puu Jih Shih Temple offer panoramic views of the city. The city is also a base for visiting the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and the limestone Gomantong Caves, home to swiftlets, bats and kingfishers.

Itinerary : 

Day 01 : Sandakan (D) 

Arrive Sandakan Airport meet and great then proceed to visit : 

• Sim - Sim Water Village 
• Central Market 
• Puu Jih Syh Buddhist Temple 

Day 02 : Sandakan - Sukau (B/L/D)

Places of Interest : 

• Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre 
• Borneo Sun Bear Conservation Centre 
• Take a short boat transfer to Borneo Nature Lodge 
• The Kinabatangan River - Proboscis Monkey (Evening boat tour)

Day 03 : Sukau (B/L/D) 

Places of Interest : 

• The Kinabatangan River - Kelenanap Ox-Bow Lake (Morning boat tour)
• Jungle Trekking (subject to weather condition)
• The Kinabatangan River - Flora & Fauna (Evening boat tour)

Day 04 : Sandakan - Airport (B/L)

Places of Interest : 

• Gomantong Cave 

Transfer to Sandakan airport for departure.

Inclusion :

• Flight ticket by Malaysian Airline (KUL - SDK - KUL ) includes return taxes, 20Kg check in baggage.
• 1 Night at 4* Sabah Hotel Sandakan or similar class
• 2 Nights at Borneo Nature Lodge (Sukau ) or similar class 
• Transfer - Sandakan airport to hotel and return 
• Sightseeing - as per itinerary .
