  • Voucher is non-refundable & cannot be redeemed for Cash
  • Not valid with any other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated
  • No cancellations or refund can be made. However, changes in stay dates can be requested once, subject to hotel availability.
  • No cancellation is allowed once redemption has been made
  • Voucher used for the booking will also be voided in the case of no show
  • Skyzone Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any voucher deemed forged, expired, stolen, used & reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to Redeem the Voucher:

  • Voucher redemption must be made at least three (3) working days in advance, Tour /Ticket /Rooms are subject to availability
